Refund Policy

Change of Mind-

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Products-

We will happily offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

The product is faulty, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality

You have received an incorrect item

The product is not as described

Conditions for Refunds-

Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

Refund requests must be made as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

For quality concerns, customers may be asked to provide the product or photo evidence.

Custom Cuts

Custom-cut, prepared, or specially ordered items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

 

Delivery Policy

Standard Retail Home Delivery
Pricing:
  • Minimum online order: $100
  • Central Coast delivery fee: $15
  • Delivery Refund on orders over $250
Delivery Timing:
  • Deliveries are available on Wednesdays only
  • Deliveries are made between 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Orders must be received by 4:00pm the day prior to delivery
